Built on the gap analysis “KMO” — knowledge, motivation, and organization — methodology created by Richard Clark, Ph.D. and Fred Estes, Ph.D (2008), this distinctive, research-based approach leverages the proven power of learning to drive performance improvement and lasting change.

Custom Experiences

Online or in-person. Develop the capacity to elevate ideas for maximum impact, jump start implementation of your next “big thing,” workshop an emerging idea, or immerse your team in topics proven to drive motivation and performance. Custom experiences range from 1-hour to half-day, full or multi-day vision, strategy, or development experiences.

Strategy Starter Session

Online or in-person. This 90-minute guided session focuses on idea or project you hope to elevate toward new or greater impact. Following the session, you receive your Gap Map: an actionable summary of your idea with a recommended development path.

Strategy Boost

Online or in-person. Likely, your organization has a strategic plan that you spent significant time creating. Complement it with a Gap to Goal Framework review.  Comprehensive feedback on your existing plan paired with clear KMO recommendations delivered in a 90-minute coaching workshop boost long lasting and authentic results from your hard, strategic effort.

The “Works”

Online or in-person. You bring the idea, existing plan, project roadmap, or to do list. Through four, 2-hour working sessions, we create your unique improvement plan and implementation guide to accelerate your efforts and your results as you develop and deploy new knowledge, mindsets, and commitments to achieve your goals.
